Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Through the “Business Partnerships – Just Pharma” form, we may collect:

First name, last name, email address and telephone number of the contact person.

Type of proposed collaboration, including licensing-in, licensing-out, acquisitions and distribution.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data will be processed to:

Receive and evaluate commercial, industrial or professional collaboration proposals.

Assess licensing, acquisition, distribution and product development opportunities.

Contact representatives for further information and negotiations.

Manage potential pre-contractual and contractual relationships.
The legal bases for processing are the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, where applicable, and the Data Controller's legitimate interest in evaluating and managing professional and business opportunities, while respecting the rights of data subjects.
Data collected through this form will not be used to automatically subscribe contacts to marketing communications.
4. Processing Methods and Recipients
Personal data will be processed using appropriate organizational and technical security measures.
Data may be accessed by authorized Just Pharma personnel and by service providers involved in IT services, hosting and form management, including the Shopify platform, according to their respective data protection roles.
Any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area will be carried out in accordance with the GDPR.
5. Data Retention
Personal data relating to collaboration proposals will be retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established or longer retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.
6. Provision of Personal Data
Providing the information marked as mandatory is necessary to submit a proposal and allow its evaluation.
Providing any additional information and attachments is optional.
7. Data Subject Rights
Under the conditions established by the GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
