Privacy notice – Enquiries and collaborations

Information on the processing of personal data under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Controller and contact details

The data controller is Just Pharma S.r.l., Via Aurelio Rossi 4, 00136 Rome, Italy. For enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact info@justpharma.it.

2. Scope and data collected

This notice covers the forms for doctors and healthcare professionals, pharmacies and distributors, and influencers and content creators. Data collected include your name, contact details, city and country of activity, profession and specialty, or information about your business, territories and products of interest. For creators, data also include channel links, topics, target audience and any portfolio or media kit links. We also process information included in your enquiry.

Do not include patient data, personal health information or unnecessary personal data about other people.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the information to respond to professional and scientific enquiries, assess collaboration proposals and contact the relevant people. Processing is based on precontractual steps requested by the individual, where applicable, and Just Pharma’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and assessing professional and commercial opportunities, with due regard for individuals’ rights. Any processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligations.

Submission does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or other marketing communications.

4. Processing and recipients

Enquiries are collected through Shopify and sent to Just Pharma by email. Data may be accessed by authorised staff and the IT and email service providers involved in handling enquiries, in accordance with their respective privacy roles. Data are not made public.

Any transfers outside the European Economic Area are carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. Retention

Enquiry and proposal data are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, in any event, for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established or longer retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights. Established relationships are subject to the retention periods applicable to those relationships.

6. Providing information

Fields marked with * are necessary to receive and assess your enquiry. The form cannot be submitted without them. Other fields are optional.

7. Your rights

Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@justpharma.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

8. Assessment of enquiries

Enquiries are assessed by authorised people. No decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are based solely on automated processing.
